TDA has been a primary consultant for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for nearly 10 years.  Since 1999, TDA has delivered and continues to provide a variety of consulting, training, and facilitation services throughout the country.  To date, HUD has awarded TDA more than $15 million for interventions conducted in more than 40 states.  In addition, TDA has delivered similar management-related services to state and local governments throughout the country, totaling more than $6 million.  In the last two years alone, TDA conducted 346 TA interventions, including 232 workshops and 114 direct on-site interventions that required multiple visits each. Approximately 9,100 individuals benefited from this technical assistance.  In spite of handling 30 to 40 engagements at any given time,
