Build Your Monitoring Plan

This two-day workshop is a small-group, hands-on opportunity to develop the monitoring plan you wish you had! Addressing monitoring requirements for CDBG and HOME, this workshop walks you through the process of creating a plan that meets requirements while remaining manageable for staff to implement. At the end of the workshop, participants will have a draft monitoring plan to share with their teams back home and to guide them moving forward. To maximize the time, participants will be asked to bring to the workshop their current plans and some basic information to be used as a starting point. Class size is limited to 30 participants per workshop.
