Build Your Monitoring Plan [Online]

 

This workshop is a small-group, hands-on opportunity to develop the monitoring plan you wish you had! Addressing monitoring requirements for CDBG and HOME, this workshop walks you through the process of creating a plan that meets requirements while remaining manageable for staff to implement. At the end of the workshop, participants will have a draft monitoring plan to share with their teams back home and to guide them moving forward. To maximize the time, participants will be expected to complete homework assignments between each online session.

APPROACH: This workshop is offered online and combines formal presentations with hands-on activities, group discussions, and a focus on interactive learning.

PREREQUISITES: None. 

 

ADVANCED PREPARATION: To be most effective, participants are asked to have on hand a copy of their current monitoring plan and some basic information that will be used as a starting point.

LENGTH: Four 2-hour live webinars, and participants will complete assignments between each session.

AUDIENCE: Staff from state or local grantees.

EXAM: No exam is currently available.
