CDBG Fundamentals

CDBG Fundamentals is a three-day course that provides an overview of the Community Development Block Grant Program, including key requirements for each eligible activity type. To help participants make sense of it all, the course includes a framework for rules on a National Objective basis and ensures an understanding of the roles and responsibilities applicable to the CDBG entitlement grantee, as well as its subrecipients, partners, and low-income beneficiaries.

APPROACH: This in-person training combines formal presentations with case studies, group discussions, and a focus on interactive learning.

 

PREREQUISITES: None.

AUDIENCE: Staff from entitlement communities as well as their partners.

EXAM: No exam is currently available.
